WEDNESDAY APRIL 22 - SUNDAY APRIL 26, 2026 The Smithsonian Craft Show is a juried exhibition and sale featuring the finest in contemporary craft and design, held annually in Washington DC. The theme for the 2026 show, American Artistry, honors the amazing talent among generations of craft artists throughout our country’s rich and diverse history, and continuing today.

GETTING THERE On-street parking can be a challenge downtown on workdays, but there are garages nearby, and there is plenty of public transportation available.
Metro: The Museum is located across the street from the Judiciary Square (Red Line) station F Street entrance. Alternatively, you can take the Yellow/Green/Red lines to the Gallery Place-Chinatown station and walk two blocks east to the Museum. Metrobus: Three Metrobus routes have stops near the Museum: D6, 80, and X2. |
